All bookings, transactions, and services provided by Kreteq are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising out of bookings or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Meghlal Roy Road,Shibhrampally, Haiderpara ,Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
By booking services through our website, office, or representatives, you agree to these governing laws and jurisdiction terms.
Kreteq acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, etc.), and is not liable for acts, omissions, or service changes made by third parties.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

Full payment or partial advance (as applicable) must be made to confirm any booking.
Bookings are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
Fares and rates are not guaranteed until ticketed/confirmed.
Any pricing error due to technical or system issues may be corrected before final ticket issuance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of service booked.

Air Tickets

Cancellation charges are governed by the respective airline's fare rules.
Some tickets may be non-refundable.
Airline penalties + service charges will apply.
No-show cases may attract full ticket cancellation charges.
Refund timelines depend on airlines such as IndiGo, Air India, international carriers, etc.

Group Bookings (Air / Land)

Group deposits are generally non-refundable.
Name changes and cancellations depend on airline/hotel policy.
Cancellation charges increase closer to departure date.
For customized group departures, cancellation charges apply as per supplier agreements.

Holiday Packages

Cancellation charges depend on cancellation date prior to travel.
Visa fees, travel insurance, and processing charges are non-refundable.
If cancellation is due to visa rejection, airline and hotel cancellation rules apply separately.

Hotel Bookings

Cancellation charges depend on hotel policy.
Some special rates (non-refundable deals) may not allow cancellation.
No-show charges may be 100% of booking amount.

Visa Services

Visa fees, VFS charges, and service charges are strictly non-refundable once application is submitted.
Approval or rejection of visa is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after receiving refund from airline/hotel/supplier.
Service charges are non-refundable.
Refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Processing time: typically 7-30 working days (subject to supplier processing timelines).
Kreteq is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, or third-party providers.

5. Return Policy

As Kreteq provides travel-related services (non-physical products), return of services does not apply. Refunds and cancellations are handled as per the policies mentioned above.

6. Force Majeure

Kreteq shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemic or health emergencies
Political unrest
Airline operational disruptions
Events beyond reasonable control

In such cases, refunds shall strictly depend on supplier policies.

7. Amendment Policy

Date changes, name corrections, and modifications are subject to fare rules and supplier approval.
Additional charges may apply.
Amendment fees will be communicated before processing changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kreteq acts only as a booking agent and shall not be liable for:

Flight delays or cancellations by airlines
Hotel service standards
Visa rejection
Loss, injury, accident, or damages during travel

Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance for protection.
